The show this year was on Swan Island right here in Portland. Swan Island was the home of Portland’s first airport and operated as such until the 1940′s when it was turned into a Naval shipyard during World War II. It is now an industrial area and ship yard.
The show itself went down in an industrial building with tons of industrious materials all over so I decided to use this as a back drop for the photos. It was an awesome event at a pretty unusual venue and it was cool to see everyone come out and show their support for frame builders from Oregon and around the world.

Lovely. I would love to see these bikes against a plain white background, too, so I can really get the details. Just lurvely.
