This is one of two Bonzo Fury bikes that I have. They were made in about 1985 and I’m told only about 10 were made. When I got this frame it was absolutely trashed and needed a whole lot of work. There was some frame repair needed and every part on this was ridden into the grave.

For the restoration I went with a yellow powder coat. Luckily the original steel Cook Bros stem was in good shape. I gave this bike a pretty common mix of non-Shimano components that would have been common for this time period. It also has a nice Turbo saddle and new old stock Farmer John Cousin tires.
