I believe this is a 1988 Team Comp model of Fat Chance. Three of the major upgrades that this got was the very rare Fat Chance box crown fork, Landshark stem and new paint by Cycle Fantasy. Other than that it has a mostly stock build. It has black Shimano Deore XT components throughout, Mavic Oxygen rims and Cook cranks.
