Shipping and Returns


When you purchase a bike from you can expect the bike to be packed with care and years of experience. We have shipped thousands of bikes over the years and have a system for keeping the bike safe and sound. Although we will do everything we can to counteract careless handling by shipping companies, accidents do happen which is why we insure every bike that we ship.

Complete bikes will have to be partly disassembled in order to fit in a box. Although it may be a small task to reassemble the few pieces that were removed for shipping, we suggest that you leave it to your local bike shop. We can even ship the bike directly to your local shop at your request.

New Items:

New items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new/unused condition.

Used Items:

Unfortunately there are no returns on used items. If anything goes wrong during shipping the item will be insured and a claim can be submitted to UPS.
